I have a three-level "location" vocabulary in my taxonomy.

I have chose [termpath] as the node title pattern and every time, the title comes out as:

USA/Texas//Dallas

why should there be 2 slashes before the deepest level?

sounds to be a problem of the token integration. look up the token issue queue.
