Hello,

I wonder if I can install modules from drupal 5 in drupal 6. I am especially interested in "Views" and "Adsense", since they are far from complete in drupal 6 at this point.

No, you can't. Modules must be upgraded to Drupal 6 to use them; there are too many changes in the underlying APIs and conventions. Modules for Drupal 5 won't work with Drupal 6.

I guess I'll just have to wait until these modules are developed for drupal 6. The thing is that it sometimes seem to take a little too long.

Module development only moves forward with help from testers and patches submitted to help out.

Try out a module in development, document your bugs & troubles, search through the issue cue for any similarities.
