I'm learning about views using instructions found at http://drupal.org/node/161292 I get as far as UnCheck all boxes in "Access:" So I go to administer->site building->views->edit and find that when I try to check/uncheck anything I get a little clock then nothing, Does anyone know what's wrong

It's not ready yet - the Views module for 6 is still in Alpha, and is unstable and missing a lot of functionality.
