I can't configure anything at all

I get permission denied for all settings pages in admin/build/domain/ except for /settings (which is default_local_task), so I can't configure any domains.
I gave the user all the domain-module permissions and it's the superuser-account, so this shouldn't be an issue anyway.
What did I do wrong?
