Changes since 6.x-1.0-alpha4 (executive summary):
- Fixed theme for a disabled handlers;
- Optimized sql query which pulls the total user files count, #407650: File node 'edit' page will not load;
- Explicitly added rdf file repository to the rdf queries options to save sql queries from hitting other rdf repositories;
- Changed antivirus module to not give a false messages when the clamav software is not running;
- Refactored the MIME detection on file upload, #282955: Use other file MIME detection instead of the mime.types file;
- Refactored views integration, added a count of attached files;
