Typed a simple two paragraph email in Mass Contact form. When the message was received there were no line breaks at the start of the second paragraph.

Site wide contact form was tested and the paragraphs displayed properly.

I believe I have fixed the problem with this commit: http://drupal.org/cvs?commit=111479. Please verify that it has been corrected for you.

It's currently only in the 5.x-2.x-dev release, however. I will do a point release a little later on (in a week, maybe two, maybe a month, I'm not sure). Poke me later if I forget to do it. :^)

You got it. I downloaded and installed the latest dev version and it works now.
