hi everybody,

I am having a bit of a problem when using 'ethiopic' content in my drupal site. some of the characters are changed to something else other than the original entry when the content is displayed on a page. the unicode range for 'ethiopic' characters is from 1200 - 137F. I am using MySQL 4.1, IIS 5.0, and most recent stable versions of php and drupal. I appreciate any help.
