Adding Payment to event registration

This may be addressed in the documentation, but I have not found the info. How would one add payment options to event registrations ("PayPal now" and "Bill me", for example) ?

As well, in this case, the registration would require more fields (Address, City, State/Province, Country, ZIP, Phone)
