Hello
I have 2 databases in godaddy com, 1 for drupal for sure and 1 for my own, when I change the my own database (by editing the settings.php) to some other database not in godaddy, then this page comes when I enter the website.

Also I have the same 2 databases in my localhost, same 1 for drupal and 1 for my own. When I change one of them with the same settings , it works and executes the query that I sent to database.
The files are same in my localhost and godaddy and databases are also same.
So why it doesn't work in my actual server ?

I've no clue about godaddy's
I've no clue about godaddy's architecture, but if they separate the webserver from the sql server, it could be related to that.

I see your problem... Your using GoDaddy.
That error probably isn't caused by Drupal, you need to ask GoDaddy why the mysql server is going away.

GoDaddy doesn't have some
GoDaddy doesn't have some sort of tech support you can contact? This is their problem, and I doubt it's caused by Drupal. You should take this up with them.
