Creating 2-one-way relationships.

I was wondering if it was possible for two people to have the same one way relationship.
For example lets say that you are describing musical taste and the relationship is "I like your musical taste"

So user A creates the relationship with user B: so user A likes user B's musical taste. This is a one way relationship.

Is it possible for B to go back and create the relationship: User B likes A's musical taste. ????

The way that I have it set up when A creates the relationship, if B goes to show the ability to create the reciprocal relationship.
