Ok... have been trying for 2 days but no joy. I'd like to customise a CCK form in Drupal 6 but so far I can only either find D5 documentation on this and trying various ways using template.php etc but nothing works.

Can anyone point me to notes on how to customise CCK forms in D6, preferrably using a .tpl.php file as I'm working with designers that can only handle minimal PHP code?
