I'd like to help in maintaining the module. There are some issues that need tending to. I especially want to fix the following single bug, which is strewn over numerous issues:
#202384: 'view' cell not populated
#207443: CF should allow for other formatters
#87619: No output even with 'display' set to true

What I'd like to see is some patches rolled and placed in the issue queue. Agileware will review the patches (we're putting in some more community time over the next few weeks) and based on your patches we'll give you CVS maintainer access to the module.
The mentioned bug is obviously an issue, but if you could have a look at the issue queue and roll some patches for other bugs that would be greatly appreciated.
Hope this is OK, we've just been bitten before, so consider it an 'interview process'.

(I've just uploaded a patch to that issue.)
I should explain that the only reason I asked for a co-maintainer priviledge is because I saw no activity on your part for the last months, so I assumed the only way that issue will be fixed is by me alone commiting a patch. Note that if you commit the patch(es) yourself then my co-maintenance isn't needed at all. I leave it to you to decide if, and when, you need me.

Are you still interested in CVS access? I've been mainly working on the D6 release, so if you're interested in helping tune up existing issues with the D5 version I'd certainly be willing to give you access.
