I have everything up and running on a new install but its not including my fckeditor.config.js. All the folders are default and I even tried just added it by hand. However it just comes up saying "FCKConfig is not defined" clearly thats not how it was meant to run. Any ideas what I might be missing?

wwalc commentedDid you follow the README.txt file? Maybe you haven't uploaded all necessary files? Sometimes FTP clients fail silently without showing any errors.
Post a link to your site if possible.

ryanmills commentedYes I have upload the files twice and triple checked the README.txt. Everything else works fine, just not the drupal buttons given the config does not include.

fyodor commentedIt is sometimes confusing that you need to both load the Module from Drupal, and the editor itself, from either http://www.fckeditor.net/download or http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=75348

wwalc commentedSorry, FCKeditor is disabled in comments @ inlander.go180.com so I have no way to check it.
