Description
When warning and removing content from the abuse moderation queue, you are brought to a form with "warning subject" and what should be the "warning body".
to replicate:
1. go to abuse moderation queue
2. click on "Warn and Remove" from any flagged piece of content.
3. see that both headlines are "warning subject"
patch applied changes the second "warning subject" to "warning body".
