Comment Multi Page Goto [#24880]

This patch takes the user to the proper page when they post a comment to a node that has multiple pages of comments.

I've modified my Live Discussions module similarly, thanks for the idea.

this assumes we are showing comments in flat mode, right? is threading properly considered?
