I installed proteced_node 5.x-1.0 some months ago, but it wasn't working, so I didn't use it. Now, seeing that v1.2 is out there, I tried it, but the same error is persistent.
Did the following steps:
- downloaded/unzipped/uploaded module
- ran update.php to get the db ready
- set up themodule to allow protection of webforms and stories
- created a simple, new webform with protected_nodeenabled and a password set
The result is: I can access the webform if I'm logged in. But this is insufficient because I want to limit access in a way that I tell the password to some people who are NOT registered on my site and I also do NOT want them to register, just to be able to access the public parts of the site and - by using this single password - that particular webform.

Choosing the form named "Teszt" from the list or from here

show an empty page with the character "2" in it only. There is NO place asking for the password... and of course thus there's no NO ADMITTED or ADMINTTED with the form showing.
Any ideas?

Have you given the anonymous and other required roles the permission to access protected content (Administer->Access control)?
