Search and Return relevant categories

I was looking for a module or a php snippet that does this:

If someone searches something e.g. accountants and instead of returning the list of nodes with accountants, I want to have search return a page with either:

• the most relevant categories/taxonomies to the search term
• the categories/taxonomy which contain those nodes which contain that search keyword.

Is there something out there in the Drupal wold that has this functionality already?
