How to sort elements based on taxonomy terms?

Hi!,

I'm using the Views module to list elements tagged with an specific taxonomy term ("Nintendo"). Some of those elements are also tagged with the term named "Recommended". How can I make the elements tagged "Recommended" appear first?

I tried adding a filter "Taxonomy: Term" and marked both: "Nintendo" and "Recommended", but it only showed elements that had both terms. It didn't show elements tagged as "Nintendo" alone.

I tried playing with the vocabulary and category term's weight, because I thought I could then use the "Taxonomy: Term Name" sorting criteria to cause the effect I wanted, but it didn't work.

Is it possible?
Could anybody help me with this, please?
