Need Help With "Views" Module

Hi. I'm trying to make a block to put on my front page that lists the 5 most recent stories with the Term "News"
However, when I put a filter for TaxonomyID "News" I get ALL of my story postings and not just the ones with the News tag.
What stupid obvious thing am I missing?
Just an update - I did
Just an update - I did manage to properly filter the view by selecting the option to only show items with the word "News" in the title.
So, it seems to work for the title, but not for the taxonomy term. Any ideas?

Hi,
Do you have any options set on your filter, or are you just doing "Is one of" "Vocabulary: News"? I'm wondering if maybe you did an argument, instead of a filter. I say this because Taxonomy "ID" is not an option in the filter section, but is in the argument (just going by what you wrote.) And I know that if the argument is not setup correctly it will display all values if you set the default to "Display All Values." I have version 5 though. I don't know if the options are different in 6.
