Reply to blog links acting funny on Drupal 6.2

This only appears to be happening in IE7. Firefox does not exhibit this problem. When you hover over any of the 3 blog links in comments section they act funny. It only works on certain parts of the anchor text. To see what I mean go to this link at my site and hover the mouse over the "reply" text. It only works at the beginning and end of the text but not in the middle.
