Video Conferencing

Does anyone know of a video conference module for drupal? I'd like people to have the capability to have face to face meetings cross country, or even do interviews for prospective employees for the company for either virtual positions or to save on airfare costs. That would be the main purpose, but this module could also be used for conferencing, and even chat. I found a commercial application, but I'm not sure how the functionality would work with it on v6.x. Plus, it's kind of pricy.
