Need a way to show a block depending on the language

I supose this is already solved in some post, but i can't find by myself.

I need to show a menu block in one language and the same (translated) in the other one.

I supose that i have to write some php validation in the block configuration, but i don´t know enough php to do it.

If there is another way to solve it the help is always wellcome.
