During testing, I'd tried out various Profile modules and decided to go with the basic profile to start. Yesterday I wanted to add advanced profile, and now I have two 'my account' tabs on the profile pages, both with the menu repeated twice. I'm guessing I have to go edit the database tables? Not sure exactly where to start. Would I have to delete everything related to profiles and start over? Thanks!

Yes, that's the easy solution - if you're site is in development and not production. Unfortunately, my site is live with plenty of member-added content.
