Themes invisible

Hello,
I just installed version 6.2 and it's working fine. I also installed the theme K2 and put it in directory sites/all/themes but it's not visible under Site building/Themes. I also see glossy blue in sites/all/themes but that's not visible either. Are they incompatible with version 6.2 or am I doing something wrong?

have you checked to make sure all the required .info values are set?

I had the same problem, and found that adding 'core = 6.x' to the .info file seemed to do the trick.
