login theme issue

using logintoboggan on 6.x
When creating new account or requesting password, I cannot get a the header to show properly, while if you look at the login screen (and pretty much the rest of the site) the header shows fine. I have compared the code and can't seen any difference, any thoughts?

this doesn't seem to be a problem when i use the garland theme. perhaps there's an issue w/ the theme you're using?

I'm not sure if it's logintobbogan or the theme. Global settings and admin theme are all set to use the same....
Any ideas are appreciated!

i'm almost positive this is an issue with the theme. reassigning.
