September 2012, Google stopped his weather API, so my module does not work anymore. I don't plan to fix the situation.

I have some code at source forge.net if your interested for a search weather module it's located at My mysql/php weather Download the myphp3dayweatherforecastV1.1.0.zip files.
It basically is an ajax weather search that will show you the weather by zip code or city, state by making a soap call to the national weather service, the zips and city, states are in a mysql file it's free and if you want to check it out and try go ahead. I wanted to get into international weather but have other things to do to use international weather you would have to pares METAR txt files. Check it out and if you want to use it go ahead. H8ers Club
