french translation of this module

Hello, I have CVS access but I've not yet tried to use CVS at all, I'm not knowledgable, but I have already translated a lot of drupal's core modules and also some of the tiers-modules.

so please add this fr.po to the CVS of the smileys module project, and thank you to the developpers for this module.
