Is it possible to hook clearjscache to Drupal's cron?

I will work on a patch. Seems like we need a configurable setting for purge frequency, perhaps defaulting to once in each 24 hour period. Or shall we purge on every cron run? (The latter seems excessive.)

I think that 24h is good as a default. Or "every cron" is default with an aditional option to set the time...
