Release notes

This is a bug fix of the previous release of hashcash. ALL users are recommended to upgrade their hashcash module.

- Altered JavaScript so that IE is fully supported
- Improved hashcash string to prevent hashcash strings being used on multiple drupal sites
- Fixed the configuration page
- Set the default settings to include the login forms
