Users can't access their own guestbook, if they are not allowed to view user guestbooks

Issue Summary

If there is no permission for a group of users to view user guestbooks, they are not able to view their own guestbook as well.
Maybe that could be changed, that enabling user guestbooks gives everyone access at his own guestbook, setting the permission "view user guestbooks" enables users to view foreign guestbooks.

Thanks for reporting, reviewing, and testing! Committed a fix for this to HEAD (2.x).

A new development snapshot will be available within the next 12 hours. This improvement will be available in the next official release.
