Remove all users & nodes?

I have Drupal 5.7 running and we've been beta testing the site with test users and they have made some test nodes and such. We are ready to launch the site, but we need to remove all of the users and nodes (aside from the admin account, of course). How can I "reset" Drupal back to just the admin account and none of the created content?
