When adding a new webform in node/add/webform, published is unchecked even though the corresponding content type has Workflow´s Default Options Published checked.

This is intentional because a Webform isn't useful until components have been added to the form, so the form is marked as unpublished until after the user has been directed to the add components form. I'm open to suggestions on how this could be made better.

Ok, sorry I completely missed the usefull message after creating it:

This webform is currently unpublished. After finishing your changes to the webform, use the Publish button below.

and of course the Publish button below. That´s pretty helpfull, thanks quicksketch!
