I have been trying to get the user pictures to show up in forum posts and such and I can't seem to get them working. I have set all the site configurations up the correct way and made sure that all options are enabled and can't seem to find where the problem is. Any help on the matter would be great I am looking to launch my site so the sooner the better. Thanks so much.

i had a problem like that, because the server didnt allowed some options in the htaccess, i had to remove the htaccess from /upload/pictures/
