flag_lists 7.x-3.0-beta2

Note that this release requires flag 7.x-3.x. If you don't want to upgrade to flag 7.x-3.x or for other reasons can't upgrade, don't install this version.

There is no new functionality, however some existing features have been made more generic / extended / Drupal-like. Fore more info please check the issues.
