Is it possible to make multi term path, without pathauto it works like this taxonomy/term/1+2 but if i try term+term with the generate pathautos, i just get pages not found

No, that's currently not possible. The reason this is a "won't fix" is because 1) the UI is complex and 2) it would lead to a very large number of aliases (all possible combinations of taxonomy terms) which would slow down the site.
