support html e-mails

I’m about sending mail and html. Maybe close to http://drupal.org/node/198006
If we can’t send mail with html could you add strip_tags to mail action ? or How can I do it by myself ? (but I'm afraid of changing workflow_ng code and next update)

Users mail with node body source with table formating looks like disaster.
