yui_editor.info wasn't based on the latest previous version (october 2, 2007). Because of this, the dependency on the yui module got lost, as well as a change in the module description. (The latter may be on purpose).

Changed this issue from minor to critical for the following reason.
If you install yui_editor without having yui installed, the Modules admin page becomes inaccessible.
This makes it impossible to disable the yui_editor module or install the yui module using only the gui.
I had to change the system table in the database to regain access to my Modules admin page.
What I did was setting the status value in the yui_editor record from 1 to 0.
