Description

Timezone changes alway to 'UTC -12 Baker Island' in phpBB and to 'Africa/addis Abada' in Drupal. Unfortunately, I'm neither living in Africa nor on Baker Island.

Standard Drupal combobox
Locale settings
Time zone:

does not contain value -12

i think that is why timezone -12 is not syncing

Is there any way to change Drupal's core time zone settings to work like phpBB's? in NUMBER form and not LOCATION ?
It seems silly to use locations and not the universal "time/number" style.

I am still getting this issue with the latest version.
My phpBB install displays the correct time that is on my local computer. But every time I log in, I am getting the Time Zone Sync message still.

Is this a server side issue? Or is there an update / plugin / module to either Drupal or phpBB that allows altering of the time zone settings?
