Strictly speaking, this may not be considered a bug, but is something you might want to keep in mind for the next release. In the current version of World Clock, in order to get the time to change to daylight savings time, you have to check a box to do so. The description of that box says
"If checked, * character is displayed after the time when the location is under the DST (Daylight Saving Time)",
which seems to indicated that the box is ONLY for the option of showing a "*" or not. However, in reality the box MUST be checked for DST to work at all.
I would think that in most cases, people would simply like to show the current time (automatically adjusted for DST) without a "*", but this cannot be done with this version of World Clock.

This is definitely a bug. The 'Display DST' checkbox is purely used to determine if the DST marker is displayed or not. It should do nothing with the time adjustment for the DST. Time should be always adjusted when the location is under the DST.
I am releasing a version 1.1 which address this bug.
BTW, another new version which has some improvements is coming pretty soon.
