Any modules for marketing and creating mailing list

Hi, so here is the thing, I have created an ebook and looking to build a mailing list using that ebook by giving it for free and in future, I would like to send mails to the members and the next versions of the ebook.

Any drupal module for this which can get this subscription/mailing thing work ? I don't think simplenews is the right module for it. Anything else ???
