I just installed this on a Ubercart 5.x-1.0-alpha8 system and it is not calculating the coupon discount.

Is this incompatible, or am I doing something wrong?

Note that if you _just_ installed in with 5.x-1.0-alpha8 then you are using an insecure version of Ubercart. You should be sure to upgrade your ubercart ASAP.

Can you please give more information about "it doesn't work"? Is the coupon code just not showing up in the checkout confirmation page? Have you used this module before and did it work? Can you give notes about changes that may have happened if this is true.

Please be verbose on errors and what IS and IS NOT happening and I'll do my best to fix this.

Thanks Blake - I was being vague because i wasn't sure if it was just a compatibility problem and figured I would ask that first.

As of last night, we have the most recent rc of ubercart, and coupon 5.x-1.5. We ran update.php and then also did table mods by hand using the install script, since it looked like not all of them took.

Creation of a coupon works. On the checkout page, there is a button for "Get Coupon" - that button does not seem to do anything. Discounts are not calculated.

A valid coupon is "cattest"

(This is the same thing it was doing when we had the alpha ubercart and the 1.3 version of coupon, except that it didn't have the "get coupon" button then)

Are you sure you're using this module and not the 'improved coupon module' http://www.ubercart.org/contrib/1991. There isn't anywhere in the code for this module that provides a 'get coupon' button. Also, note I have re-released to version 1.5 of this module to add a few fixes, perhaps one of the fixes patched into this new release will solve your problem.
