Several Questions

Great module, very easy to use. Thanks or creating it. I actually have several questions.

1. The first is how can I keep the block from disappearing after someone enters their email address? I need the block to be on the pages at all times...

2. Is it possible to do a simple re-direct, perhaps to a "Thank You" page?

3. I need to use an image for both the "submit" button, and the "text" input.

I tried copying the form that your module generates and modifying that, but it won't send the information along to Constant Contact. So now I need someone smarter then me to help....
