When unchecking these permissions in Access control page :
- create Directory assets
- browse assets
the link 'Browse' and 'New folder' are still on the Asset Wizard start page.

var $config['allowed_types'] is always empty. Here is a patch that remove the usage of this old settings.
The patch also implement 'browse access' permission.
