fix footer breaks to parse in Yahoo

Yahoo, doesn't like
without spacing, it reformats tags as and breaks HTML emails.

For best consistency, we should fix the rest of messaging module to be like PHPMailer: http://cvs.drupal.org/viewvc.py/drupal/contributions/modules/messaging/m... .... I think this will provided more robust emails across platforms.
