Is it possible to add an optional textfield in a radios form?

I'm trying to make a radios form with a custom text field as the last option. Something like:

Brand:
- Toyota
- Mercedes
- Ferrari
- Other [ text field ]

I don't know if it is possible.

This previous discussion addressed the same problem and may give you some ideas. It sounds like the Explainfield CCK widget provides a slight variation on what you're looking for.
