Need a developer

I'm looking for a developer (who has reasonable rates!) to help on various projects I'm working on. I am tired...so I need someone to help with some projects I have going. Ideal for someone newish (you should have at least a few sites under your belt) to drupal, who'd like to learn new recipes (I'm sure I can show you a thing or 2) and increase Drupal experience (wont turn away someone who knows what they are doing but just needs work).

This will probably be ongoing.
