What code do I configure in the style.css to center the navigation menu in the header?

This has been added as a feature in the theme's setting, editable from the backend on the theme settings page. You need to have the themesettingsapi module installed to use it.

I just put out a new release, but I am having issues with CVS, as usual, so I was only able to release the new version as a dev version, so it should be up within 24 hours.
