Image thumbs not in add form

I can't get this module to work. One problem may be that it isnt showing the images in the node add form view. See the attached screenshot. In your overview http://blog.fclement.info/content/view-your-pictures-slide-show-flash-dr... it shows the image thumbs at the bottom of the add form. I don't see them.
My image modules is the lateest as of today and it seems to work fine.

I had got this problem before but I thank the problem was fixed...
Effectively, if you don't see images, module can't show them too. It's should be a link error.
If you look at the source code of the node add form view, you should see the link of your images. If you copy / paste this link into your browser, does the image work ?
Do you use other modules ? It could be a conflict (i had this problem with pathauto module but normally, that was fixed)
