Description
Some clueless person with the username btopro seems to have committed a bunch of stuff to the top level of the contrib repository.
I tried removing some of it via CVS, but it might be be necessary to hack some of this out manually. For example the directories:
contributions/CVSROOT
contributions/for_review/
contributions/qedit/
A remaining file also:
contributions/Entries.Log

I think killes cleared out most of this when we were in #drupal.
