Can anybody tell me what this means I find this today when I went in to update some things on my site
I'm wondering if someone hacked my site.

First thing I always check is disk space-- check to see if you have plenty of free space. Funky things happen when space runs low.

This just started happening on one of my sites. Nothing has been updated or upgraded. Exact same error message with themes. Also the existing theme isn't working properly (right column is no longer on the right, but below the center.)

We're seeing the same:
I thought I could remedy this with by tacking on ON DUPLICATE KEY UPDATE filename='themes/engines/phptemplate/phptemplate.engine' but I still get these errors. From what I can see:

  • Drupal thinks it needs to assess the file directories for engines, themes and modules
  • It gets a list of engines, themes and modules; then it tries to insert them, but cannot because the entries are already there
  • Lots of log errors

What I don't get: why it's doing so many of these directory crawls? It would be nice to suppress this functionality-- the directory crawl-- most of the time. We have Anonymous visits spawning these calls and if that is happening with each visit, then it's happening way too often. I have to think these pack a lot of server load-- especially if you have a number of modules and themes going on.

I'm getting the same error.
I'm using Drupal 6.9 on my MAMP local host with osx 10.4.11

The funny thing is that I have seen this error only 2 or 3 times. I would click on reports, then statues, and the report would pop up again with no errors. I'm curious to know what is going on, but I'm happy this is something that doesn't show up on the front side of the site.

I am getting the same error after I installed a fresh drupal site inside another directory (with a different name) of the existing dupal root directory. Its like

I just wanted to know what caused this error and how can it be resolved ?
